Is this a good video card? I am currently planning to make a computer and is this video card good enough?

not really... for gaming it does not have the performance required for playable frame rates.... and is only slightly better than some onboard graphic solutions

however with the VisionTek - ATI RADEON HD 4350 512MB DDR2 PCI Express Graphics Card retails for around £35 and another £20 would get you the "Asus GeForce GT 430 1024MB GDDR3 Low Profile PCI-Express Graphics Card"( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Component… ) .... allthough this is still a low end card its core and memory clock speeds aswell as a 128bit memory interface makes this more suitable for gaming..... it has a 700mhz core clock and 1gb of gddr3 memory running at 1600mhz ddr effective... throw in 96 stream processors and a 1400mhz shader clock and you have a pretty decent performer for the price,and far superior to the HD4350
