Question about getting a new pci video card?

i know pci videocards are obsolete nowadays but thats all my computer can use........i am trying to decide between 2 cards....my monitor supports both dvi and hdmi......the only card i can find with hdmi is a Diablotek AP4350 512MD2-H VTX Radeon HD 4350 Video Card - 512MB DDR2, PCI, DVI, VGA, HDMI......i cant find any reviews on it and was wondering if it was a good one? the other card supports dvi and iassume it is a good one

EVGA 01G-P1-N948-LR GeForce 9400 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, PCI (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, VGA, Low Profile.......i play games like everquest WoW and microsoft flight simulator and a want one that will run these game alright and i also wanna run windows 7 aero.......any ideas?|||Honestly it's gonna be worth popping the extra money for a new motherboard and getting yourself into the PCI Express x16 standard. You'll get a hell of alot more bang for your buck that way.
