Hello.I have a Asus M2N motherboard with a Pci express X16 slot. I have now an ATI radeon x550 (pci expressX16) and i was wondering if it would work if i instaled a pci express 2.0 X16 video card?
Thank you very much.|||Yes you are able to install a PCI X16 card into a 2.0 slot. Your issue will be that although it will support the card. The card itself will run slower to run in the 16 slot. So performance of the card will be reduced.
