My motherboard-intergrated video card has failed and no display is produced? What to do now?

Is there any way to rectify the ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series card which seemingly failed? Added Cirrus Logic 5446 VGA card in PCI but there is some problem viewing as lines in webpages overlap into other content and other incompatibilities. There seems to be no way to get the driver for the Cirrus Logic 5446 driver now.|||you can try this one, you didn't say what os you have, xp,vista,|||you can get a cheap PCI video card for less than $30. Make sure you remove old video drivers before installing new card and drivers to avoid conflicts.
