Is there a good video card for me?

I have a Gateway GT5694 and I want to know any video cards that are better than the ATI Radeon HD 3200 Integrated Card. The PC has 1 - PCI-E x16, 0 - PCI-E x1 & 1 - PCI. Any cards better than this one that work would be awesome. Also the power supply is 300 watts, Windows XP SP3 (I'm getting Windows 7 soon), and 3 GB RAM.|||With that power supply, a Radeon 6670 is the best you'll do.
