Best Single-PCI Video Card?

I am almost finished building a gaming PC. As of now, I am just using the onboard Radeon HD 3200 gpu. I was wondering what are the best Single-PCI slot video cards out there (ATI or nVidia), capable of running Crossfire/SLI and, if possible, DirectX 11.|||PCI is 20th century equipment. Nowadays, we use PCI-E. The best card out there is the Radeon HD 5970 2GB GDDR5. It dominates all other cards. It can run Crossfire and is DirextX11 Compatible.|||Yes, I know that PCI is ancient, so I though it was implied that we were talking about PCIe 2.0, so I guess what I meant is what gpu was the best that only took up one expansion slot. Are there ones like that in the HD 5000 series?
