There is a program I use which will find drivers for just about all hardware devices. The best part is it takes a snapshot of your system specifications and matches the right driver to go with it. either monitor may be connected to the default display adapter and not in the radeon pci video card
try re connecting the display or monitor to radeon pci video card
than try updating the drive from radeon pci video card
