PCI-Express video card.?

I had gotten my computer fixed a few months ago and the person that fixed it had removed my video card and never put it back it. And now he can't find it (he's a family friend). So I took my computer to a computer repair shop and the guy there said that I need to get a PCI-E video card. But I also need to to be supported by The Sims 3. Does anyone know of a good one?

Supported video cards -

Nvidia GeForce series: FX 5900 or greater, G100, GT 120, GT 130, GTS 150, GTS 250, GTX 260, GTX 280, GTX 285,GTX 295

ATI Radeon 9500 series or greater, X300, X600, X700, X800, X850, X1300, X1600, X1800, X1900, 2400, 2600, 2900, 3450, 3650, 3850, 3870, 4850, 4870 series or greater

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA); GMA 3-series, GMA 4-series

*Please note that the GeForce 6100 and 7100 cards are not supported|||For the Sims 3, you don't need expensive video cards like the Radeon 4870 and GeForce GTS 250...

A good choice is the Radeon 4650 for $50:

A great choice is the Radeon 4670 for $75:

$125.00 and higher cards are for playing more hardcore fps games like Call of Duty, Crysis and such.

Update: Those $35 cards you linked are so much slower than cards costing just $10 more, it's almost wasting money.... Below the $50 mark, there's a steep dropoff in bang/buck. The absolute minimum card to consider would be something like this, although I still recommend the 4650:

p.s. don't worry so much about a card being "in the list" because that was compiled awhile back - it includes some designs which are 5-6 years old. Many newer cards aren't listed.

For example, Nvidia's GT240 is better than the GTS150 and every card listed before it. The Radeon 4650 is better than the Radeon 3650 and all the models listed before that.|||I own a 4870x2 and love it. It's a bit overkill for Sims 3. You probably could get a 3600 or higher with ATI, or a GTX250 or higher with nVidia. Probably can get a decent card for under $175 for that title.|||9800gtx+ would get the job done.

Comment on C-Man's Answer.... The 9800GTX+ is the same as the GTS250, in speed and performance. It's uses all the same chips and clocks just it has less energy saving than the gtx
