Does my computer support the Radeon HD 4670 Video Card ?

I currently have the Nvidia GeForce GT 220 but when i play games they lag so i want to get the ATI Radeon HD 4670 and i'm wondering if it will work on my pc, im not sure what specs i should give you but im guessing mother board so here they are_________

I used SIW to get that info|||I'm afraid you may well be disappointed if you think the Radeon HD 4670 is going to be better than the NVIDIA GeForce GT220.
