For $80-90, THe ATI 4830 512MB is the best valued card on the market for under and near $100. It is as fast as the 9800 GT and is cheaper. It also produces excellent Crossfire performance and overclocks really well for the price. The 4830 also performs much better than the 8800 GT in high detail and high shader scenes.

By the way, the 8800GT 512MB is no longer being made. It is now called the 9800 GT 512MB. It is still good if you can find a Mail In Rebate product and like Nvidia cards

THe 3870 is crap. THe cheaper 4670 is faster, cheaper and runs much cooler and draws less power (good for sub 300W PSUs).



If you have $150, get the 9800 GTX+.

If you have $120, get 4850 512MB with a MIR.

For $100, get 8800 GT 512MB.

$70 - get the 4670 512MB|||most games out today are built for Nvidia so i always go with them. but for the price your saying with those you can get way better.

that video card will be able to play a lot more than what they do and it is in the same price range.|||in my life time (im 23 so not a very long life time) i have had better luck with nvidia cards. Just had more problems with the ATi cards, especially with drivers, but nvidia drivers are nothing to brag about either.
