What is THE BEST pci video card i can buy?

my computer only has PCI slots - no AGP, and not PCI-express. right now i have an ATI Radeon 9250 128mb gpu in it. is there anything any better?|||i would rather save it for a new motherboard. maybe can keep some of the other items. do consult the technician/shopowner when buying the mobo though.|||You have pretty much the best PCI video card.
