I cant figure it out if its just put it in the slot and go? or is there a trick to it?|||Put it in the slot, and verify that you don't need an extra power connector. Fancy cards require additional power, and will have a squarish connector (or sometimes two or three) on the card into which you must plug a power cable. The appropriate cable and connector should be present on your power supply; if it's not, you might need a bigger power supply. Without this extra power, the card may not work, or it may work only in a degraded mode.
Once you have the card installed, be sure to install drivers for it. If the card is replacing a different one, uninstall the drivers for the old one before you install the new card and drivers.
