What is the best PCI video card available?

I was looking at an ATI radeon 9250 PCI for running starcraft 2.

I don't think my motherboard is AGP compatible. (no brown slot)

What is the most recommended PCI video card I can get?|||The link below willhelp you find the best card for what you want|||Here's a PCI GeForce 9500 GT. It's probably the best you can get.

Don't get the 1GB version, PCI is so choked I doubt you'll notice much of a difference.

Otherwise, a bunch of manuf. have 8400 GS in PCI.

Also, do you happen to have a PCI-E slot? It's a fairly longish slot that comes in all sorts of colors.

Look through the list:

If your motherboard does not have AGP or PCI-e, and only regular PCI slots, it must be very old, which means you probably have an old processor as well. I'm going to guess that you need to upgrade your rig.
